
The Department of Culture and Tourism of Abu Dhabi and Euroleague have signed a new partnership to designate 'Welcome to Abu Dhabi' as the official tourism and travel brand for Turkish Airlines and the Basketball Champions League (BKT) until the end of the 2024-2025 season, strengthening Abu Dhabi's position as a global sports hub and an emerging venue for hosting large international sporting events.
The partnership features 'Welcome to Abu Dhabi' in the matches of Euroleague and the Basketball Champions League (BKT), starting from the 27th round of the Turkish Airlines Basketball League. This includes advertising in the stadiums and on live broadcasts, as well as increased brand visibility on various platforms.
"This partnership will help strengthen Abu Dhabi's status as an attractive location for hosting major sporting events and contribute to the development of the tourism and cultural industries in the region," noted the representative of the Department of Culture and Tourism of Abu Dhabi.
